✔ الشامبو
وضع كميه بسيطه على شعر مبلل وتدليك فروة الرأس لتنبيهها من 3 الي 4 دقائق
ثم يشطف الشامبو وتعاد الكره الي ان تختفي الرغوة من الشعر ثم يغسل.

بعد غسل الشعر من الشامبو وضع كميه بسيطه والتركيز على اطراف الشعر اكثر والافضل ان يبقي البلسم على الشعر لمدة دقيقتين ثم يغسل وينشف الشعر بمنشفه بالضغط على الشعر وليس الفرك ولايتم تنشيف الشعر بالاستشوار.

دهن فروة الرأس يوميا قبل النوم والتركيز على المساج لفروه الرأس لتحفيزها وتقويتها واعادة تجديد خلايا فروة الرأس الميته
